In the recent chapters the Kaido of the Beasts appears in his dragon form. He destroys Oden’s castle with devastating fire breath. That got me thinking, he looks too strong and invincible. I think, right now, there’s no way that Luffy and company can even scratch him. In one of the last page of the previous chapter we saw that the beam that Kaido shoots is going to hit the Straw Hat crew, there’s no way they can avoid that.
Luffy immediately responds by punching him in the head with Elephant Gun. The face of Kaido looks like he’s going to say in the next chapter “oh, a big fly, gtfo.” I mean, look at the difference of size, Kaido is huge. In my opinion Kaido will proceed to mess the Straw Hats up pretty bad, putting Luffy’s life at risk. Luffy’s life being at risk will cause his Vivre Card to start to fade, drawing the attention of the Grand Fleet to Wano.
This is where the mass of Luffy’s forces will come from for this war. Though I believe the real fun comes when we flash back to Reverie after Luffy has been captured by Kaido. Sabo will be in the middle of his plan to attack the Celestial Dragons when he notices his brother’s Vivre Card fading. This will cause the plans to go awry. What happens from here I can’t say it’s to unpredictable. But if these sequences of events unfold we should be in for one hell of a ride.

How the Revolutionaries Will Declare War Against the Celestial Dragons
So this arc, we know that the revolutionary army will declare war against the celestial dragons. But how will they do this?
I believe they will do two things.
1. Free the celestial dragon slaves
2. "Kidnap" vegapunk
The first seems pretty obvious to me. The slaves of mariejois are the most oppressed people in all of the world. It just seems characteristic of monkey d dragon to wish to save these people. In addition we know from hancock's backstory that the slaves are sometimes fed devil fruits for fun. This means that if dragon saves them, he could gain a powerful army of devil fruit users at his disposal.
As for vegapunk. We know that the world government arrested vegapunk for his science. This along with the fact that kuma is working for dragon makes it very likely that vegapunk might have a secret alliance with dragon. If this is true, then I think dragon might save vegapunk from the world government this arc.
This is because in caesar clown's flashback, he stated that if akainu was fleet admiral, he would approve of caesar's cruel science experiments. This is foreshadowing that caesar will replace vegapunk in the future.
Anyways leave your thoughts in the comments below. How do you think the revolutinary will declare war.

Kuma is still Alive And Dr. Vegapunk is a Revolutionary
Dr. Vegapunk is the leading scientist in the employment of the Marines. His work includes discovering the secrets and uses of seastone, the secrets of how Devil Fruit powers work, the co-discovery of the Lineage Factor and its applications, and various other scientific achievements that are said to be at least 500 years ahead of current technology. He hails from the technologically advanced Karakuri Island.
Vegapunk has yet to make a personal appearance in the storyline. Dr. Vegapunk is famed as the greatest scientific genius the world has ever known, having tremendous knowledge and unmatched understanding in multiple, different fields of science, ranging from cell biology to military technology, as noted by Franky. His scientific expertise is said to be at least 500 years ahead of his contemporaries. Vegapunk was once arrested by the World Government for his dangerous experiments in relation to research conducted into the Lineage Factor and cloning. Despite this run in with the bureaucracy, he was employed as their chief scientist in the Marines. So Vegapunk is being kept against his will, and is forced to make weapons. The Government isn’t watching his back, they’re watching his every move!
If someone like a Revolutionary approached him with a plot to overthrow the Government, he might listen to it. If it’s a good plot. And Dragon seems like a guy with some good plots. But of course, Vegapunk can’t openly support them, and the less people know about his involvement, the better it is for him. So Ivankov doesn’t know he’s an ally. Hell, even Kuma might have been kept in the dark. At least, he seemed sure he would die if he went cyborg, which Vegapunk wouldn’t do, would he? Not, just because he’s secretly a Revolutionary ally. Kuma was pretty mindless during the war, or just pretty amazing at the undercover thing. Ivankov is still alive, right? Or maybe Vegapunk is keeping his brain in a jar somewhere. At least, I think it’s pretty sure Kuma is gonna show his personality when the Government does not expect it, and it will be amazing. And Vegapunk is probably gonna need rescuing when his betrayal comes to light…
