‘My Hero Academia’ Unveils New Special Episode Set in Endeavor’s Agency Arc
Season 6 of My Hero Academia is making us wait quite a bit, and fans are getting restless. So, what’s the best way to keep us happy? More episodes to kill time, of course.
My Hero Academia’s two-episode theatrical screening will be here soon to cool down your nerves. With the most comic instances and wacky villains, it will be a real summer treat.
A two-episode special of My Hero Academia will be screened in theaters on June 16-19. While the first episode was teased in May, the visual and plot for the second episode have just been unveiled.
The second episode is titled “Laugh! Like Hell” and will take place during the Endeavor Agency Internship Arc.
A new villain will be featured in the story, Mr. Smiley. He is a self-proclaimed artist who draws graffiti all over the city, and his quirk helps him evade being captured every time.
Since the graffiti is made in areas under Endeavor’s jurisdiction, the crime is reported to him. The flaming hero can’t care less since he considers it a minor offense, that is until his own house gets vandalized.
I bet this will be a fun episode with the heroes getting into unexpected troubles with Mr. Smiley. Can you really blame me for wanting to see how petty Endeavor can be?
Details on the first episode were released early on. It is an original story that centers on pro-heroes who form the Hero League Baseball.
Overall, both the episodes will cheer you up before you dive into the more serious matters in season 6. So, let’s wait and watch just how silly the heroes can be in these extras.
‘Made in Abyss’ Season 2 Confirms July Premiere With a Chilling New Teaser
Made in Abyss is the definition of “don’t judge a book by its cover.” Don’t let the cute characters fool you because it’s basically Attack on Titan’s level of pain but in chibi format.
So, don’t expect season 2 to get any better either. The recent trailers don’t even put up an illusion of a cheerful story, so be prepared to see more suffering, pain, and death.
Made in Abyss: The Golden City of the Scorching Sun, the second season of the anime is set to premiere on July 6, 2022.
Just like its predecessors, the latest trailer doesn’t pull any punches and is filled with the horror that’s all too familiar to the anime’s fans.
The trailer begins with the Ganja finally finding new land for themselves, the Golden City. It clearly states that no one can get out of the city, but they still decide to settle there. (Did no one ask why people couldn’t get out of the place?)
Unsurprisingly, disasters ensued one after another. On top of all the mess, a new character, Faputa, is also introduced. Although she looks like a lost child, she is actually the princess of the Narehate.
Season 2 of Made in Abyss will adapt the Ilblu Arc since the Dawn of the Deep Soul movie adapted the preceding Ido Front Arc.
As you might have already guessed, the Golden City will not treat the Ganja any better than their past habitat, if not worse. Can Vueko really save everyone? What exactly did Wazukyan feed the Ganja members? Believe me, it’s better if you didn’t know.
One-Punch Man Season 2 Introduces Garou
Garou gives the series a chaotic energy to the series. In the manga, he's one of the most powerful foes the Hero Association has faced to date as his skills combined with his monstrous strength makes him a terrible foe. He's out to tear down the entire hero world, and soon fans will be seeing just what he will do. The most anticipated fight of the season is how Saitama will match up to this infamous Garou, and if it's anything like the manga, it certainly will be something to see.
One-Punch Man Season 2 is now streaming on Hulu, and on Crunchyroll outside of the United States. The season is directed by Chikara Sakurai (Naruto Shippuden episode director), for new production studio J.C. Staff. Yoshikazu Iwanami serves as sound director, and Chikashi Kubota contributes new character designs.
The second season will reportedly run for 12 episodes, and Viz Media has licensed the season for an English release. They describe One-Punch Man Season 2 as such, "Saitama is a hero who only became a hero for fun. After three years of “special training,” he’s become so strong that he’s practically invincible. In fact, he’s too strong—even his mightiest opponents are taken out with a single punch. Now, the great seer Madame Shibabawa’s prediction about the Earth being doomed seems to be coming true as the frequency of monster incidents escalates. Alongside Genos, his faithful disciple, Saitama begins his official hero duties as a member of the Hero Association, while Garou, a man utterly fascinated by monsters, makes his appearance."
